*How a Support Incident works:

  1. Pay for a Support Incident on the web site.
  2. After receiving your payment we will contact you about your issue.
  3. Support Incidents are limited to no more than 1 1/2 hours of work.
  4. If we can't finish in that timeframe we will ask you to pay for another incident via the web site before work can continue.
  5. Remember - our services are prepaid only and no refunds are possible under any circumstances.

Support is only available after payment has been made.

Software License purchases do not include any technical support. Trial software is free to download from our website and license codes are issued upon receipt of payment. If you experience difficulties or are in need of additional training, etc. you can obtain these services from a local service provider or on a prepaid basis from us.
